It sounds like you are looking for ear-plugs around ~NT $100 - $500, right? Ok.
The AIWA ear-plugs at around NT $120 is a good buy; the bass is pretty good, and the mid-range is quite warm. Treble.... err, detail is somewhat lacking. But NT $120, what can you say???
As for your question with regard to the specs:
-驅動單體(mm): This refers to the size (diameter) of the headphone drivers. Usually, the bigger the 驅動單體, the better (as a rule, bigger drivers give deeper bass)
-阻抗(Ω): The lower the better. This refers to the resistance the electricity must overcome to travel through the 驅動單體. As you expect, the lower the resistance, the stronger the sisgnal, and the louder a headphone will sound at a given power level.
-正常功率(mW): This is the constant amount of electricity the headphone must consume to remain active. If the headphone doesn't receive as much power as the specified 正常功率, it will be underpowered and the sound quality would be terrible. Headphones with a lower 正常功率 will be easier to drive, and in the case of most ear-plugs this number doesn't matter much, since any CD player can drive a pair of ear-plugs without problem. However, when you use audiophile-quality headphone, you will want a good amplifier to provide enough power.
-最大功率(mW): This is the highest level of power the headphone can accept. Usually, the higher the better, because this kind of determines the level of loudness a headphone can achieve. if the headphone receives a power greater than that of 最大功率, it may become damaged. As you can imagine, headphones with a low 最大功率 cannot go as loud as those with high 最大功率; but in most cases this does not matter because your ears will likely be hurt long before you can push your headphones to its 最大功率.
-響應頻率(Hz): This is the frequencies at which the headphones will produce sounds of. The wider the range of frequencies, the better. The 響應頻率 of a CD is 20hz-20000hz, so a good headphone would usually have 響應頻率 around that (for example, the AIWA earplugs I told you about has 響應頻率 of 16hz-20000hz). My ATH-A9X can go from 5hz-30000hz, but of course, you don't need all that for listening to CDs.
-感度(dB): This refers to the level of loudness a headphone will achieve at a given power level. A headphone with 107db/mW 感度 will sound louder than a headphone with 98db/mW at the same power level.
