幫你起頭:
Dear SHURE,
As a music lover, I've heard of that SHURE is a great company not only manufacture high quality headphones but also provides good service. However, the distributor (Hi Pro Tech., or Cinchy Corporation actually...) in Taiwan actually make me vary disappointed. Both their attitude and the way they handle things make me feel unbelievable. I doubted that PRICE may be the only difference between the products with or without warranty.
The following is my terrible experience...
On the 17th day of using my newly bought E4G, I found that the rubber between the wire and the "in-ear unit" was chapped. I'm very sure that I've never done anything unusual that might cause this breach. In fact, I believe that I'm a very careful user. I have another E2C which is used for a long time without any problem.
I went to the distributor in Taiwan and hoped to get some support. But the staff of the distributor asserted that the defect was made by myself and nothing could be done for it. They even said that no matter in which country, no one could fix it or exchange the parts. They've also told me that they're only the distributor and are not responsible for anything about the quality of the products. That's quite different from what I've heard in U.S..
In Taiwan, SHURE's products from the distributor is much more expensive than those not from it. But I cannot see the worth of it.
